1. Program Description

Basira provides automated AI front office, customer support, appointment reminders, and account notification text messages via SMS to customers and authorized business users who opt in.

2. User Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages from Basira by submitting an intake form on our website (such as our Contact or Book a Call pages) or by initiating a conversational SMS/WhatsApp exchange.

By opting in, you represent and agree that:

  • You are the authorized account holder or owner of the phone number provided.
  • You agree to receive informational, operational, and support SMS messages from Basira.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our automated assistants and your active support requests.

4. Cost and Message Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Basira does not charge a separate fee for sending text messages.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

6. Customer Support (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing [email protected].

7. Privacy Policy & Non-Sharing of Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For full details on our data protection practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Ooredoo) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
